Variety show held to support social welfare

Starting from 3 August, the variety show is being held to benefit Yangon Region Theatrical Social Welfare at Myo Shwe Mann Thar Phoe Chit Theatrical Compound, according to comedian Chatt Gyi who participates in the show himself.
It is known that the ‘Zaw’ dance, puppet dance, magician Ko Khine, Kyaukse Yadanar Min elephant dance, Nats dance, traditional duet dance, comedians, and traditional dancers will perform at the show.
“We held this show with the directive of the Myanmar Theatrical Association (Central). Film, theatre and music collaborated for the show as we’re like siblings. We entertained all aspects of the artist. With the support of Ko Phoe Chit, the show was broadcast from the channels.We’ll support the benefit of the show for the senior artistes,” he added.
Theatrical dancers Thura Win Htut, Chit Swam Tha, Nyein Chan Khine and other dancers participated in the traditional duet dance on 3 and 4 August. The live variety show was on the air by Channel K and Phoe Chit Thabin YouTube Channel. — ASH/TRKM
