Union Supreme Court family donates offerings to servicemen on frontlines

The families from the Supreme Court of the Union yesterday prepare the foodstuffs for members of Tatmadaw and security forces who are serving State’s defence and security duties with sacrifices on the frontline.

The well-wishers, ministries, and region and state governments donate cash and foodstuffs to Tatmadaw members and security forces stationed on the frontlines for national defence and security.
The Chief Justice of the Union, Supreme Court judges, the permanent secretary, departmental officials observed on 23 August the preparations of the families from the Supreme Court of the Union to donate foodstuffs for the frontline security forces.
Fried chilli, fried fish, sachets of Nan Myaing coffee mix, instant noodle packs, pickled tea leave salad, fish-paste, dried salty peanut, and soya bean paste and K5 million will be transported to Nay Pyi Taw Command for the frontline Tatmadaw members and security forces.
Moreover, a letter-writing contest with the title of the message of loving-kindness to Tatmadaw members was held at the assembly hall of the Supreme Court of the Union, and first, second, third and consolation prize winners were awarded. —MNA/TMT
