Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than inspects the cotton ginning factory in Mandalay Region yesterday.

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than visited the cotton ginning factory in Mahlaing Township of Mandalay Region yesterday.
During his visit, the factory in charge presented the factory’s processes, and the Union Minister instructed the need to repair the cotton ginning machines and make preparations to ensure the security and fire danger of the factory.
The Union Minister and party then went to No (8) garment factory of Pyawbwe Township. After an explanation by the factory’s head, the Union Minister highlighted training courses for the factory workers in order to promote the production rate, increasing local production rate as import substitution and cooperation work to resume the suspended factories.
Moreover, the Union Minister inspected the cotton ginning factory in Yamethin Township and instructed the necessary things on the factory workers.—MNA
