UCSB holds coordination meeting

The Union Civil Service Board held a coordination meeting in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
Members of the UCSB, the Permanent Secretary and the Deputy Permanent Secretary from the departments, Director- General and Deputy Director- General attended the coordination meeting, and the Rectors for the Central Institutes of Civil Service participated in the meeting through videoconferencing.
At the meeting, Chairman of the UCSB U Than Swe said that his office will continue its efforts to achieve the objectives of each department in accordance with the guidelines set by the State Administration Council.
He continued the recruitment and training processes have been suspended due to the current pandemic situation and it is necessary to systematically carry out those processes via online system as well as to implement the projects in accordance with the rules and regulations. He added to submit the difficulties in doing so in a timely manner and without delay and to be dutiful in accordance with the Civil Service Law.
Members of the UCSB, the Permanent Secretary, Director- General from the Department, Rectors from the Central Institute of Civil Service and the Deputy Permanent Secretary discussed the ongoing works and further activities and the Chairman gave necessary instructions.—MNA/GNLM
