Tatmadaw relief teams engage in rehabilitation efforts in disaster-affected areas

Relief teams despatched by Tatmadaw to disaster-stricken areas are actively involved in relief and rehabilitation operations, working in collaboration with local security forces and social relief teams.
In MraukU, the current location of the relief teams, efforts were focused on clearing debris and fallen trees from Shwedaung Monastery. Simultaneously, the medical teams provided essential healthcare services to the local community in the vicinity of Maha Pyinnya Thitarama Pariyatti Buddhist Learning Centre.
Similar relief teams were deployed to Yaychanpyin and Ngataukte Village in Sittway Township, where they successfully removed fallen trees. The medical teams accompanying them extended healthcare services to the residents of Thetkaepyin Ywama Village and Latha Village in Maungtaw Township.
Tatmadaw relief teams are committed to undertaking these relief and rehabilitation measures with utmost dedication, aiming to alleviate the impact of the disaster and restore normality in the affected areas. — MNA/TTA
