The first day of the Week 16 match of the Myanmar National League 2022 continued yesterday at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon, and Shan United beat Ayeyawady United by 2-1. At the top of the table, the Shan United team went on to win the championship without making any mistakes and were able to get full points. After that, the Ayeyawady tried to equalize, but failed to score until the end of the first half, and equalized in the 57th minute. Striker Yang Kyaw Htwe scored an equalizing goal for the Ayeyawady team. With the goal conceded, the Shan United team changed players and attacked high to get their winning goal. Substitute Zin Min Tun scored the winning goal for Shan United from a corner kick in the 70th minute. Near the end of the match, the Ayeyawady team had a chance to equalize, but Yang Kyaw Htwe could not use it, and the opportunity ended.
