Rakhine State CM oversees progress in rehabilitation, school soy milk feeding event

Chairman of Rakhine State Natural Disaster Management Committee Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin inspected the distribution of relief items and materials from MV Fortune at Sittway port yesterday.
He also attended the launching of soy milk feeding project at No 2 BEHS in Sittway.
During the ceremony, the Chief Minister mentioned the benefits of soy milk nutrition programmes to the children and expressed thanks to Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Federation (MCEF) for launching such programmes to develop the human resources of Rakhine State.
Then, President of MCEF U Shein Win presented the soy milk feeding project and donated soy bean grinding machines and supplies for youth training school of Progress of Border Areas and National Races Department, No 9 BEHS (Mingan) and BEPS (Baukthisu).
At noon, the Chief Minister and party attended the coordination meeting on rehabilitation processes at Rakhine State government office and discussed rehabilitation activities, completed work and future work plans.—Tin Tun (IPRD)/KTZH
