Public Notice for Submitting Objection

Tai-Leng Nationalities Development Party (TNDP) with its headquarters located at Ah La Wa-13, Arlawigon Ward, Ywathitgon Village-tract, Mohnyin Township, Mohnyin District, Kachin State applied on 8-3-2023 to be allowed to continue to exist and register as a political party under Section 25 of the Political Parties Registration Law.
In such an application, it is reported that the party name, flag and emblem will be used as described.
Under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties, it is hereby announced to the public that those who wish to object to the name of the party, the flag and the emblem to be used by that organization may submit their objection to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement.
