PP extension fees increased to 48,000 won for Myanmars in S Korea

Myanmar citizens in South Korea will be charged an increased amount of won for passport renewal as announced by the Myanmar Embassy in Seoul.
The embassy said that the passport extension fee was 40,000 Korean won before, but now it will be changed to 48,000 won from 11 June.
To extend the validity of Myanmar passports, the security level of ordinary passports starting with MH was upgraded, and the cost increased, according to the embassy announcement.
The announcement stated that fines for passport expiry, overdue and loss and damage of passports will remain unchanged as before. — TWA/KZW
