Photo exhibition on MraukU ancient city to be held for World Heritage status

Led by the Department of Archaeology and National Museum (MraukU Branch) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, a photo exhibition will be offered at 9 am on 23 April at the Antaw Thein Temple.
The glories of pagodas, arts, livelihood, festivals and traditional culture across the MraukU ancient city will be covered by photography enthusiasts from all over Myanmar in the exhibition.
The photo exhibition is called Anagga Yadana Land. Photos of Rakhine ancient culture artworks, beautiful sightseeing places of MraukU, ancient temples and Rakhine traditional rock arts will be showcased magnificently from 23 to 24 April.
The exhibition photos will be sold at fixed prices, and all proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Department of Archaeology and National Museum (MraukU Branch). The unsold photos will be presented to the department for use as needed. — Myint Soe (IPRD)/GNLM
