Yangon, 10 March—PNS Zulfiquar, a Pakistani ship commanded by Captain Amir Mahmood, paid a goodwill visit to Myanmar on Tuesday.
The ship manned by 28 officers and 275 crew docked at Myanmar International Terminal Thilawa, 25 km south of
Yangon, from 10 to 13 March.
During the four-day trip, the commanding officer and crew will hold bilateral meetings between Pakistan and Myanmar and visit Myanmar naval establishments.
“PNS Zulfiquar” is the pioneer ship of the sword class, F-22P Frigate Project. The ship is a state of the art and caries a helicopter on board. GNLM
