State Administration Council Vice-Chair Vice-Senior General Soe Win is cordially comforting patients individually at the Defence Services General Hospital in Mingaladon yesterday.

It is necessary to rapidly implement policy and guidance of the State Administration Council Chairman in a short time, said Vice-Chairman of the Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win at the meeting with the chairman and members of Yangon Region Administration Council and chairmen of district and township administration bodies at the office of Yangon Region Administration Council yesterday afternoon.
In his speech, the Vice-Senior General pointed out that officials themselves need to understand the political changes and clarify it to subordinate officers and staff.
The Vice-Senior General explained needs of the people to cooperate with the Tatmadaw, the Myanmar Police Force and administrative bodies for ensuring peace and stability and the rule of law, necessity to raise awareness of rules and regulations not to cause terror acts, exposing and arresting under the law for ensuring law enforcement and rapidly taking action against those offenders, assigned duty shouldered by relevant departments and organizations with loyalty, cooperation in implementing Pankhin project to issue citizenship scrutiny cards to the non-card holder citizens for holding a correct election, strictly abiding by the testing and quarantine process for prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19 as neighbouring countries face high infection rate of disease, widely raising awareness of knowledge to the people to individually follow orders and directives issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports for prevention of COVID-19, preparations for quarantine centres and fulfillment of needs.

The Vice-Senior General and party cordially comforted officers and other ranks of the Tatmadaw and members of Myanmar Police Force in individuals at the Defence Services Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital and the Defence Services General Hospital (1,000-bed) in Mingaladon Station of Yangon Region, asked about medical treatment and presented foodstuffs.—MNA
