The Myanmar Seafarers Federation (MSF) has announced that the Day of the Seafarer 2024 will be organized at the federation’s headquarters from 12 noon to 4 pm on 25 June.
The event aims to foster friendships among seafarers and their families and to initiate the sharing of knowledge and experiences. The federation has invited seafarers who served in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2020, along with their families, to attend the event.
Additionally, the MSF plans to hold a blood donation ceremony on Monday, 24 June 2024, in honour of DotS. Those interested in donating blood can find detailed information on the MSF website. — TWA/ TMT
