Myanmar Music Day to celebrate with music entertainment programmes

Myanmar Music Day will be commemorated nationwide with music entertainment programmes on 27 June, as announced by U Aung Min Naing, associate information officer at the Myanmar Music Association (Central) Information Department.
The Myanmar Music Association (Central) celebrated the previous Myanmar Music Day with a ceremony and entertainment programmes at Myanma Radio and Television (Yangon Region), which were broadcast through its channel.
“This year, Myanmar Music Day will be commemorated not only at the Myanmar Music Association (Central) but also in states and regions starting from 1 June. Entertainment festivities will also be organized and aired on MRTV,” U Aung Min Naing said.
The ceremonies of the commemoration of Myanmar Music Day have been held in specific regions and states since 2013. — ASH/TRKM
