Myanmar, India to cooperate in conducting doctoral course at Naypyitaw State Academy

Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe received Indian Ambassador Mr Vinay Kumar at the reception hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 am yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed that as Naypyitaw State Academy will conduct doctoral courses in six subjects in collaboration with Indian universities. Additionally, cooperation agreements reached between five universities in Myanmar and small and medium enterprises in India, focusing on various fields, including ICT, artificial intelligence, marine science, microorganisms, English teaching, business management, and vocational education. This collaboration aims exchange of scholars, especially in teacher education subjects and lecturing of the Open University through online. Furthermore, discussions between high-ranking officials from Indian educational institutions and directors-general from the Myanmar side will take place via video conference.
