Myanmar imported 144,900 tonnes of fertilizer in June

According to statistics from the Ministry of Commerce, a total of 144,900 tonnes of fertilizer valued at US$58.041 million were imported abroad in June.
Out of this, 106,900 tonnes of fertilizer amounting to US$46.034 million were imported via the maritime route, and 38,000 tonnes of fertilizer worth US$12.017 million through the border trade route.
The breakdown of the 106,900 tonnes of fertilizers imported via the maritime route is as follows: 44,000 tonnes from China, 37,000 tonnes from Oman, 7,000 tonnes from Thailand, 6,000 tonnes from Indonesia, 3,600 tonnes from Vietnam, 2,500 tonnes from Russia, 2,500 tonnes from South Korea, 1,500 tonnes from Malaysia, 1,000 tonnes from Laos, 1,000 tonnes from the United Arab Emirates, 500 tonnes from Norway, and 300 tonnes from Jordan. Additionally, 36,000 tonnes of fertilizers were imported from China through the border trade route and 2,000 tonnes of fertilizers from Thailand, totaling 38,000 tonnes. — TWA/CT
