The Fisheries Department stated that Myanmar conveyed 1,885.11 tonnes of shrimp to international trading partners in the first four months of the current financial year 2024-2025, beginning 1 April, with an estimated value of $6.957 million.
Myanmar’s seaborne shrimp export reached 1,579.655 tonnes worth $5.229 million, and the border saw exports of 305.45 tonnes worth $1.728 million between 1 April and 31 July.
