Myanmar delegation attends Maritime Labour Rights Forum in Malaysia

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Myanmar delegation attended the Maritime Labour Rights Forum: “Charting a Course for Seafarers and Industry Empowerment”, held at the Ascott Gurney Hotel in Penang, Malaysia, on 27 and 28 May.
The forum was attended by Myanmar Ambassador to Malaysia U Aung Soe Win and Director U Chan Myae from the Seafarers Division of the Department of Marine Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Myanmar Ambassador U Aung Soe Win met Captain Abdul Samad bin Shaik Osman, Deputy Director-General of the Maritime Department of Malaysia, and presented a souvenir to him. — ASH/MKKS
