Myanmar attends 32nd South East Asian Games Federation (SEAGF) Council Meeting in Cambodia

The 32nd South East Asian Games Federation Council Meeting is underway in Cambodia from 11 to 13 July 2022.

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan attended the 32nd South East Asian Games Federation (SEAGF) Council Meeting held in Cambodia between 11 and 13 July together with the director-general and other four members of the Department of Sports and Physical Education.
The Union minister and party joined the welcome party for representatives of 11 ASEAN member countries to the 32nd SEAFG Council Meeting hosted by Cambodian Prime Minister Mr Hun Sen at Sokha Hotel in Phnom Penh on the morning of 11 July.
At noon, they visited the stadium/sports ground for the 32nd SEA Games.
The Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Chairman of the 32nd SEA Games Organizing Committee hosted dinner for the representatives of 11 ASEAN countries at Sokha hotel on the same evening.
On the morning of 12 July, the Union minister attended SEAGF Sports and Rule Committee Meeting, SEAGF Medical and Anti-Doping Committee Meeting, SEAGF Women in Sports Committee Meeting, SEAGF Media and Broadcasting Meeting and the director-general of the Department of Sports and Physical Education joined the SEAGF Executive Committee Meeting at noon.
On the morning of 13 July, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Chairman of the 32nd SEA Games Organizing Committee made a speech at the 32nd SEAGF Council Meeting and they confirmed the sports for the 32nd SEA Games, drafted and approved rules and regulations for competition and selected the host countries for coming SEA Games.
In the evening, the Union minister and party left Cambodia and arrived in Yangon on 14 July morning. — MNA
