Myanmar and Malaysia discuss repatriation of detained nationals

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported that Myanmar and Malaysia held a discussion on 5 August regarding the health, humanitarian care, and repatriation of Myanmar nationals detained in Malaysian detention centres.
The discussion took place at the Myanmar embassy between Myanmar Ambassador U Aung Soe Win and officials from the Malaysian Immigration Department. — ASH/TMT
