The Myanmar Music Association has started to offer rice and cooking oil to its members since 30 July, according to the association Vice-Chairman harpist U Thet Wai.
“With the support of the Yangon Region government, we’re providing four Pyi of rice (approximately 8.5 kilogrammes) and 0.5 viss of cooking oil to our members who are facing difficulties,” he added.
This seventh round of support is available from 31 July to 10 August. — ASH/TRKM
