Mount Popa trekking tour organized by Mahagiri.

Trekking tours are arranged for 24, 25 and 31 August. The tour will include local guides who will explain in detail about trees, flowers, and wild animals along the trek, share environmental conservation, enjoy local foods, and have a one-night stay at I-nity Base Camp.
“There may be some challenges as it is monsoon season. But you will forget all the difficulties overcome along the journey when you see the beauty of monsoon at the mountaintop. You can enjoy the beauty of nature on the mountain, and it will help you forget struggles in your daily life for a while,” said Mahagiri.
Mount Popa trekking tour has become well-known, especially this year, and it attracts many visitors. Of them, Yangon residents account for 70 per cent. In order not to disturb the environment, there is a limit on the number of visitors. For more details about the tour, enquiry can be made to 09793003125 or page messenger.
Mahagiri provides Mount Popa trekking service and works on Mount Popa langur conservation as well as geotourism expansion. It also works on the preservation of Popa flying geckos and Popa bent-toed geckos, which are listed as endangered species. — MT/ZS/ED
