Union Minister Dr Thet Thet Khine receives UNOCHA Head of Office ad interim on 4 July.

A delegation led by Ms Danielle Parry, UNOCHA Head of Office ad interim called on Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Thet Thet Khine at the ministry yesterday morning.
During the meeting, the UNOCHA Head of Office ad interim submitted the issue of providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the storm in Rakhine State, OCHA staff entry visa and domestic travelling in Myanmar.
The Union Minister frankly discussed establishment of the National Disaster Management Committee and 12 Working Committees, coordination of the International Relations Working Committee regarding international assistance for Cyclone Mocha, and signing of renewal the Letter of Agreement (LoA) between the MoSWRR and OCHA. — MNA/TS
