MoSWRR distributes hand sanitizers, soaps, hand washing basins at IDP camps

The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement is providing healthcare items to the camps of internally displaced persons in Kachin, Rakhine and Shan states.
The six camps in Myitkyina and Mohnyin townships of Kachin State received 166 bottles of hand sanitizers.
In Rakhine State, the 12 IDP camps in Sittway Township and the 14 temporary IDP camps at the monasteries got 170 and 14 sets of hand washing basins respectively.
In Shan State, a total of 4,382 soaps, one thermometer and 50 bags of lime powders were presented to the five IDP camps.
The ministry is providing both material and immaterial supports in Nay Pyi Taw Council, Regions and States to prevent and control of COVID-19 diseases.—MNA
