Union Minister U Ko Ko Lwin and Indian Ambassador Mr Abhay Thakur discuss energy cooperation in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received Mr Abhay Thakur, Ambassador of India to Myanmar, at the ministry reception hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday evening.
During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on the energy sector, increasing cooperation in the energy sector between Myanmar and India and sending trainees to study oil exploration and production and oil refining techniques.
Managing directors and officials under the Ministry of Energy and officials from the Indian Embassy were also present at the meeting. — MNA/TS
