Union Minister Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung receives Ms Hai Kyung Jun, UNHCR Resident Representative in Myanmar, yesterday.

Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung received Ms Hai Kyung Jun, Resident Representative of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Myanmar yesterday afternoon in Nay Pyi Taw.
The meeting cordially discussed the activities for the stabilization, development, socio-economic development and the development of human resources of the ethnic people living in the border areas; cooperation done between the Ministry of Border Affairs and the UNHCR; the repatriation and resettlement processes implemented by the Rakhine State Coordinating Committee on Peace and Stability and Development; the development status and future implementation plans by the National-Level Committee on Resettlement and Closure of Temporary Camps for Internally Displaced Persons which is working effectively by forming state-level committees, in addition to the five working committees. — MNA
