Deputy Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Wah Wah Maung received Mrs Ponnamperuma Arachchige Prabashini Ponnamperuma, Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at Office No 1, Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday.
Both sides frankly discussed enhancing economic and investment cooperation, the investment sector, and the facilitation of financial matters between Myanmar and Sri Lanka.
Senior officials from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations also attended the meeting. — MNA
