Kyaukdaga Tsp focuses on rural development tasks


Kyaukdaga Township will prioritise construction of roads and bridges, electrification and supply of water in its spending of K100 million allocated by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw this fiscal year.
Township authorities will build 34 road sections, including rural thoroughfares and laterite roads. A plan is under way to build three wooden bridges and five concrete bridges.
Five tube-wells will be sunk in Thabayakhon village-tract to address water shortages for the local residents while one 200-KVA transformer will be installed in Nyaungbintha village, Bago Region, Hluttaw MP U Kyaw Hsan Oo said.–Khin Ko (Kyaukdaga)
