High-quality Japanese used toys and model cars attract customers

The selling of high-quality Japanese-used toys and model cars has been increasing, and public attention in this market has mounted, according to sellers and collectors.
Japan’s used product market, such as electronic devices and consumer goods, has already developed in the country because they are of good quality and can be reused. Now, Japanese used toys and model cars have caught the attention of a lot of people.
“There are many enthusiastic buyers. Most sellers trade them online. These are good-quality toys, and even if some have errors, they have buyers. The price of new toys is high, but used toys are cheaper and of good quality. There are model car collectors, and some buy them because they enjoy them. Some items are as good as new,” said a Japan-used products seller from Yangon.
Japan’s used toys and items can’t be available abundantly in the market. Therefore, some people search for these products in the market, said Ma Aye Yeik Cho, who runs a Japanese-used toy trading business.
“There are various kinds of Japanese-used products. In the toy market, there are stuffed toys and hard toys such as cars and motorcycles. Some thought second-hand items were not good, but those who use them know the quality,” she said. — Thit Taw/ZS
