Subversive media outlets spread false reports, claiming that 13 civilians were killed and 24 injured due to aerial bombardments by Tatmadaw in Hsenwi, Shan State (North), in July.
Additionally, these sources alleged that people died and schools, hospitals, and shops were destroyed in villages in Madaya Township and Singu Township in Mandalay Region due to Tatmadaw aerial attacks on 5 and 6 August.
Tatmadaw, during its counter-terrorism operations, is targeting only locations where terrorists are known to be hiding, based on reports from residents seeking peace and stability.
In contrast, terrorists reportedly targeted non-military civilian areas with bomb drops, missiles, and heavy weaponry. Furthermore, subversive media networks supporting terrorists are fabricating stories to obscure their acts of terror and mislead the public. — MNA/TKO
