E-Commerce Virtual Conference to be held on 28 May


To relieve economic situation in Myanmar due to impact of COVID-19, to have better economic development and to introduce more new rice products, E-commerce Virtual Conference will be held on 28 May, according to the statement issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
During the conference, COVID-19 Economic Relief Plan (CERP) and collaboration plan between public and government will be discussed, according to the statement.
The conference will hold on an application and officials from governmental departments and organizations and businesspersons will attend the conference, according to officials. Under the COVID-19 fighting programme of the government to relieve economic situation in Myanmar, officials is discussing about development of E-commerce system in time. The aim of the conference is public to know governmental discussions and development of E-commerce programme are being undertaken by officials in corporation with respective ministries, organizations and business persons and related corporations.—MNA (Translated by Kyaw Zin Lin)
