Drugs seized in Loilem, Namsang, Mingaladon

A combined team of anti-narcotics forces inspected a Honda Insight driven by Paing Zay Phyo accompanied by Pyay Thar Toe near Paungline village, Panglong of Loilem Township at 8:45 am of 3 August. The police seized 0.1 kilogramme of Ketamine and 0.75 kilogramme of Happy Water.
According to further investigations, Ma Su Wai Wai Tun’s house, at No 2 village of Matmonmone village-tract in Namsang Township, was inspected at 10:45 am and found 0.05 kilogramme of Ketamine and 0.474 kilogramme of Happy Water. Similarly, at 5:30 pm, a Toyota Crown driven by Samswe accompanied by Echar was also searched at Weinkyauk Ward of Tachileik. The combined team seized 0.87 kilogramme of Katamine and 0.225 kilogramme of Happy Water.
Moreover, police searched a motorbike driven by Pyae Phyo Aung (aka) Kalar on Bo Min Yaung Road of Chittigon Ward in Mingaladon Township at 5 pm on the same day and seized 10,000 stimulant pills. With further investigations, Ma Ei Myat Myat Phue who ordered to sell the stimulant pills at the same place at 5:30 pm. Offenders were prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law. — MNA/TRKM
