DPM MoFA Union Minister receives Sri Lankan Deputy Foreign Minister

Deputy Prime Minister MoFA Union Minister U Than Swe receives the Sri Lankan delegation yesterday.

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received the Sri Lankan delegation led by Mr Tharaka Balasuriya, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations, expansion of the mutually beneficial cooperation, including trade and investment, agriculture and education sectors between the two countries, as well as continued cooperation in rendering consular assistance for Sri Lankan nationals in Myanmar. — MNA
