DPM & MoFA Union Minister receives Saudi Arabian Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Mr Saud bin Abdullah Alsubaie, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations and cooperation, including mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of trade and investment, energy and labour, hotel and tourism, and exchange of culture and languages, accelerating ongoing negotiation of the further cooperation agreements, the implementation process of repatriation of verified displaced persons from Rakhine State and rendering support to each other in the regional and international arenas. — MNA
