Donors nationwide provide cash awards, foodstuffs to security forces

The security forces defending the country are receiving cash awards and foodstuffs donated by well-wishers nationwide.
On the evening of 23 August, families of employees from Ministries 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the State Administration Council Chairman’s Office, along with members of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, Bamar Youth Association, Sri Ksetra Foundation’s employees, and other generous donors, gathered at Paunglaung Avenue in the Nay Pyi Taw Command Headquarters to present these contributions.
The ceremony was attended by Union Minister Admiral Moe Aung of Ministry 1, Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing of Ministry 2, Union Minister U Aung Kyaw Hoe of Ministry 4, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Soe Min, donors, and other officials.
During the event, the Commander received K14,561,100 in cash and foodstuffs valued at K6,997,000. He then expressed his gratitude in a speech.
It was reported that the cash awards and foodstuffs will be delivered directly to the security forces on the frontline. — MNA/ TRKM
