Misleading media outlets are spreading false claims that Tatmadaw security forces abducted two youths who regularly engaged in selling activities in Lwoitwe Village, Hsihseng Township, and subsequently killed them. Additionally, they allege that security forces extorted K30,000 from each household in Lwoimawtaung Village.
In reality, security forces were conducting routine security operations in Hsihseng Township, and no such incidents occurred in the villages across the township. The dissemination of these false reports by subversive media outlets is a deliberate attempt to deceive the public and tarnish the reputation of Tatmadaw security forces. — MNA/TMT
