China-Myanmar Youth Friendship Ceremony held in Lu Shui City, China

The China-Myanmar Youth Friendship Ceremony took place in Lu Shui City, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China, on 21 June, according to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Myanmar.
The youth friendship ceremony saw the participation from 50 Myanmar scholarship students from the Ethnic Vocational Middle School in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture and 20 students from No 1 Basic Education High School in Lu Shui City.
At the ceremony, young people from both countries performed their national traditional dances together, mutually praying for enduring China-Myanmar friendship and a prosperous future ahead.
The 70 young people who attended the event also visited the Gulongba Agricultural, Culture, and Tourism Integrated Demonstration Village, as well as the Nujiang Green Spice Production Zone in Shang Jiang Township, Lu Shui City. — ASH/TH
