Amendment of Law Protecting the Privacy and Security of the Citizens

1. The State Administration Council enacts this law according to Article 419 of the State Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
2. This law shall be called the Amendment of Law Protecting the Privacy and Security of the Citizens.
3. The stipulations of Sections 5, 7 and 8 of the Law Protecting the Privacy and Security of the Citizens shall be suspended in accordance with Article 420 of State Constitution.
4. This law shall be deemed to be effective only during the period when the State Administration Council is assigned to the State Power according to Article 419 of the State Constitution.
