AFC Grassroots Football Day Event held in Yangon

AFC Grassroots Football Day was celebrated with a ceremony at Bahan Sports Complex, Yangon, on 15 May, as stated by the Myanmar Football Federation. The football event is held every year not only in Myanmar but also in various Asian countries. The ceremony emphasizes that the lawn soccer field and the players are one.
U Tun Tun Aung, joint general secretary of the Myanmar Football Federation, gave an opening speech, and officials kicked the balls into the field to launch the AFC Grassroots Football Day Event 2024.
