NSPNC and NCA signatories meet

A meeting between the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) and representatives from NCA-signatory ethnic armed organizations (EAOs) was held at the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Centre in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Union Minister for Border Affairs and NSPNC Chair Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung led the meeting, which included U Khun Okka from the NCA-signatories, Arakan Liberation Party (ALP) Chair Saw Mra Raza Lin, Saw Kyaw Than Htay, Head of Central Relations Department of the Democratic Kayin Benevolent Army (DKBA), Saw Maung Maung, Central Executive Committee member of the KNU/KNLA Peace Council, Lahu Democratic Union (LDU) Vice-Chairman Kyar Phu, New Mon State Party (NMSP) Central Executive Committee Member U Naing Aung Mange, and Pa-O National Liberation Organization (PNLO) Joint General Secretary 1 Khun Min Thein, and officials.
Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Saw Mra Raza Lin offered opening remarks. Lt-Gen Min Naing, NSPNC Secretary, then discussed the agenda of the meeting. They discussed humanitarian assistance and regional development.
The session concluded with closing remarks by Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and Saw Mra Raza Lin. — MNA/TS
