Myanmar, Cambodia strengthen ties for religious and cultural cooperation

Myanmar and Cambodia discussed promotion in the sectors of friendship, cooperation, religion, and culture at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Cambodia on 18 July.
In the meeting, U Kyaw Soe Min, Myanmar’s Ambassador to Cambodia, and Mr Sok Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a friendly and frank exchange of views regarding the promotion of bilateral joint ventures, including tourism, religious and cultural sectors, and the organizing commemorative ceremonies to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Myanmar-Cambodia diplomatic relations in 2025. — ASH/MKKS
