Myanmar Embassy in the Republic of Korea issued a statement on 16 July that Myanmar students can apply scholarship supported by Donghaeng Welfare Foundation.
A non-governmental organization, Global Good Friends (GGF)’s Donghaeng Welfare Foundation Support Scholarship will be awarded to 91 international students who are eligible to study undergraduate course at a university as well as those who are eligible to attend high schools and those who have difficulty with school fee and accommodation charge, and 46 students who are qualified in culture and craft, sports and other fields.
Those who meet requirements can submit application addressing to postal code 03164, 526 Seoul YMCA Building, Jongno 69, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Korea by registered mail by 30 August 2024, after filling completely in documents attached with the embassy’s statement.
Students who have no experience in winning scholarship will be considered as priority, it said.
