Myanmar filmmakers invited to participate in Mekong-ROK Documentary Film Festival 2024

Film enthusiasts from Myanmar have been invited to participate in the Mekong-ROK Documentary Film Festival 2024, according to the National University of Arts and Culture (Yangon).
Filmmakers and producers from Mekong region countries – Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia – as well as the Republic of Korea, have been invited to enter the competition.
The documentary submissions must be between 15 and 20 minutes long, in full HD quality, and should depict traditional foods and sports of the relevant contestant countries.
Additionally, the documentary entries must be submitted online to the festival organizing committee with English subtitles. Submissions will be accepted from 16 June until the end of July, and the selected documentaries will be announced on 31 August.
The Mekong-ROK Documentary Film Festival 2024 is organized by the Mekong-ROK Cooperation Fund (MKCF) and the National University of Arts and Culture (Yangon). — ASH/TMT
