New fixtures set for Myanmar, India friendly match

The dates of the friendlies between the Myanmar women’s national team and the Indian women’s national team have been changed and will be held on 9 and 12 July.
The Myanmar Football Federation previously announced that the friendly match would be held on 10 and 13 July, but the first match was changed to 9 July, and the second match was moved to 12 July.
Both of the friendlies will be played at Thuwunna Youth Training Centre. The Myanmar national women’s team is made up of 30 preliminary players, managed by Japanese national Yuki as the head coach.
Team Myanmar also tested with U-15 and U-16 boys’ teams from the National Football Academy (Yangon) on 21 June in preparation for the upcoming friendly matches against team India. The Myanmar women’s squad played 30 minutes in four sections for the training matches against boy’s squads. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
