In regard to the final, U Khun Naung Myint Wai, chairman of Shan United FC, said, “We are getting closer to becoming champion, and so the squad is making efforts to gain achievement, and we also fully support them mentally and physically. This season, we had to compete with two foreign clubs, and we picked out the coaches and signed new players. The current MNL League Cup competitions support the preparation of our club, and we are able to consider its condition. We checked out the new players, and even though the club has not reached the best part, it gradually becomes better and better. We will try our best in the final. I fully trust our administrative team, coaches and players. I hope our team will be the champion.”
Head coach of Shan United U Myo Hlaing Win said, “We have enough time for the final after the semifinal. Although there are injured players and ones excluded from the play, the substitute players are ready. We make the best preparations to grab the champion. We fully trust our players.”
German Head Coach of Yangon United Frank Bernhardt said, “We gain good results after friendlies as preparation for the final. We are ready for the final and try hard to be champions. Defender Hein Zeyar Lin cannot play in the final because of his injuries, but there is no problem for the team. We already make preparations.”
