MoRAC introduces post-graduate diploma in library management

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture has announced the introduction of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Library Management, which will run for 18 months at the National Libraries of Myanmar in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw.
The diploma course for the academic year 2024-2025 will be overseen by the Department of Historical Research and National Library, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, and the National University of Arts and Culture in Yangon and Mandalay.
Application forms will be available from 14 May at the National Libraries of Myanmar in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw. Applicants can apply in person or through the websites www.nlm.gov.mm and www.nlmnpt.gov.mm, as well as via the Facebook pages – National Library-Yangon and National Library of Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw. The deadline for applications is 24 May, and the entrance exam (covering English and general knowledge) will be conducted on 29 May.
Upon completion of the 18-month course, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture will award the Post-Graduate Diploma in Library Management. — TWA/TRKM
