Myanma Post releases new stamp featuring ‘Painted Jezebel’ Butterfly

According to Myanma Post, under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, a new K200 worth stamp featuring the “Painted Jezebel” butterfly will be released on 5 May 2024 at post offices across all regions and states, including Nay Pyi Taw.
The “Painted Jezebel” butterfly has been identified as a species found in Myanmar by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. As part of a special programme, stamps purchased on 5 May 2024 (Sunday) at post offices in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, and Mandalay will have the date sealed on them. — MNA/TRKM
