For the Yangon-Pyay airbag train journey, it is 5,000 kyats for the ordinary class and 10,000 kyats for the upper class. As for the Yangon-Mawlamyine train with AAR coaches, the rates are 5,000 kyats for the ordinary class and 10,000 kyats for the upper class. For the Yangon-Mawlamyine train with airbag coaches, passengers will now pay 6,000 kyats for the ordinary class and 11,000 kyats for the upper class.” — ASH/TKO
