International Buddhist Education Centre (IBEC) has invited students who are losing right to education as they fled from flights in their natives including Kawlin and Htigyaing to come to learn at the school and a lot of contacts were received, according to the school.
The school located on the Sagaing Hill in Sagaing Region was founded by Dr Ven Sobhita and this special education programme is being implemented by the approval of district education officer.
Under the theme “education shares with those need”, the programme which aims to help displaced children to continue their learning and to help all school-age children to learn peacefully and freely with no discrimination is being carried outamid challenges, according to the school.
On enrolment, IBEC Sayardaw has instructed the school education board to help displaced children in any possible waysas they are really facing difficulties to continue their learning by communicating with respective organizations and departments. Due to a lot of contacts, the school is making sure of accepting students systematically in accordance with education policies, focusing on right to education which is crucial.
