Workplace Coordinating Committee resolves 211 cases in 11 months

The Workplace Coordinating Committee (WCC), comprising representatives from employers and employees, reportedly settled 211 cases related to worker affairs in January-November this year, according to the WCC.
The primary objective of the WCC is to resolve disputes between employers and employees in factories and workplaces.
The report also indicates that 3,718 WCCs were organized in factories and workplaces within the first 11 months of 2022 and 3,272 WCCs within the same period in 2023.
In 2022, WCCs accepted 190 disputes and resolved 160 disputes. In 2023, they received 244 disputes and settled 211 disputes. — TWA/ TMT
